Product Warranty for GoldCoast™
GoldCoast skate decks are covered under a product warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 120 days from the date of purchase.
What does the Limited Warranty cover?
This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, GoldCoast will repair or replace, at our discretion, decks that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance. This is the only condition covered by GoldCoast's warranty. No other warranty is expressed or implied.
What is not covered under the Limited Warranty?
This Limited Warranty does NOT cover any problem that is caused by:
- Damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship
- Damage as a result of riding or general use
- Intentional breakage
- Improper installation of parts and/or accessories
- Cosmetic imperfections including tail and nose wear and edge chipping.
- Warping from exposure to heat, rain, snow or immersion in water.
How long does the coverage last?
The Warranty Period for physical goods purchased from SkateGoldCoast.com is 120 days from the date of purchase. A replacement physical good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or 120 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.
