How do I place an order?
Orders may be placed using this website, or if you prefer to place your order over the phone, please call 801-521-2480.
Do I need an account to place an order?
You do not need to create an account to place an order. By creating an account with our store, you will be able to move through the checkout process faster, store multiple shipping addresses, view and track your orders in your account. You will have the ability to view a snapshot of your recent account activity, update your account information, and create a wishlist.
What’s the coupon codes policy?
To find GoldCoast Skateboards coupon codes, please sign up for our e-mail list HERE. We offer specials, discount codes, and promotions to our Cruiseletter Compadres before anyone else! New customers can get 10% off their first order by entering the code GCNEW10 at check-out.
What shipping methods are available?
GoldCoast Skateboards ships our products using FedEx or UPS standard ground shipping.
How long will it take to get my package?
Online orders are processed and ship from our Salt Lake City, UT headquarters within 48 hours via standard ground shipping. Shipping times vary based on where the product is being shipped. Orders will arrive to continental U.S. destinations within 5 business days and non-continental U.S. within 7 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
If you live in the USA, Europe or Australia, order through our site. You will see your currency/pricing mentioned (US, AU and EU). We ship from SLC, UT to the Americas, Amsterdam to all of Europe and from Melbourne to Australia and New Zealand
How do I track my order?
We will email you tracking information when your product ships, and you can track your order on the shipping company’s website using your tracking number.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accent all major credit and debit cards.
How can I cancel or change my order?
If you wish to change or cancel your order, please email email@example.com or call 801-510-2480 within 24 hours. After that time, the order will have been processed and you will need to wait for the order to be delivered, request a return authorization code (RMA) and send it back to us.

How can I return a product?
Non-defective products may be returned or exchanged if the item is unopened in a condition that allows for resale (see below for our policy regarding defective products). All returned items must be unused, in new condition. Clothing must be unwashed and unworn, free of pet hair, make up, smoke smell, or other inappropriate smell. Due to limited stock, replacement product may not be available and cannot be guaranteed. Your item(s) must be returned with shipping pre-paid. GoldCoast Skateboards must receive returns within 30 days of the customer receipt date. Refunds will not be authorized after 30 days. GoldCoast Skateboards does its best to stock exactly what’s pictured on the site, but in some cases, stock is beyond our control. Manufacturers will sometimes change the colors on a product to provide options. Colors may vary, so we do not hold responsibility for items that may differ from images on this website.
Within 3 years and with Proof of Purchase, you can receive a new deck with tape and hardware for free. Within 3 years and without Proof of Purchase, you can receive a new deck (of equal value of the defective product) with grip tape for $60.00 This policy is effective for boards broken under normal use. Normal use for all models does not include impact damage, rail slides, ollies, and other extreme maneuvers. Nor does it cover negligence, so don’t leave your board out in the rain and be surprised when it warps. Product is subject to inspection by GoldCoast Skateboards. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, GoldCoast will ship back the replacement product free of charge.
INCORRECT PRODUCT SHIPPING
If GoldCoast Skateboards ships a product other than the product ordered we will issue a call tag to have the product picked up at our expense. The customer will have the choice of receiving the correct product, another item of the same value, or receiving a full refund including shipping charges. Due to limited stock, replacement product may not be available and cannot be guaranteed.
In order to receive a refund, your purchase must be returned with shipping pre=paid and include a completed Return Form. All items must be unused in original packaging, with the original packing slip included. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your refund. All products will be inspected upon receipt in our warehouse. If it is determined that the product does not meet our return guidelines, it will be sent back to you.
REIMBURSEMENT OF PAYMENT
Please allow a minimum of 7-10 days for refunds to be processed. When GoldCoast Skateboards receives the returned defective product, your credit card will be credited in full for the defective product plus shipping cost. Customers returning non-defective products will receive a refund less shipping fees.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
We DO NOT accept C.O.D.’s on return items. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. For your protection, we suggest you return your merchandise via FedEx, UPS, or insured Parcel Post. INSTRUCTIONS
- Email us at email@example.com or call us at 801-521-4280 for a return authorization (RMA) code.
- Package and return your product to the address provided by Customer Service. Include the original packing list with RMA code written on the front. Include the RMA number on the return-shipping label.
- All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend customers return merchandise via a carrier that provides in-transit tracking (e.g. FedEx or UPS) and insure package if necessary.
- Confirmation email will be sent to the customer once a return is processed and credit applied. Credits generally take one to two billing cycles to appear on the customer’s credit card statement.

In accordance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act, we will not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13. If you are under 13 you cannot request a catalog. Please have your parents contact us to enter this information.
